Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, for the safety and protection of every customer, all purchases are final. No returns or refund will be provided once an order is shipped.
If you need help with an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to inquire about. We will respond as quickly as possible.
Shipping
United States Shipping
Presently, we only ship to United States addresses. We do not ship to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Wrong Address
Birdielous is not liable for any returned shipments shipped to the wrong address. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you report that you have yet to receive it, Birdielous will not issue a refund.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. If you are unable to locate the package, you should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch". We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! The costs of shipping a replacement order will be covered for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check by getting in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven't received it; we will not take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, you will have to place a new order.
